Hey where did /3GB go in Longhorn and Vista? - Brad Rutkowski's Blog - Site Home - TechNet Blogs:

to add/change setting: BCDEDIT /Set IncreaseUserVa 3072

 to remove setting: bcdedit /deletevalue increaseuserva
